Batch type mixers

BULK MATERIAL MIXERS

Paddle mixers

  • Innovative design derived from conventional plow mixers, but with gentler mixing (for particles sensitive to turbulence and shear) and lower energy consumption.

Plow mixers

  • Versatile machines that can handle almost all types of materials, including drying.
  • Powders, granules, short fibers, moist solids with liquids, paste-like materials, and highly viscous materials.

Spiral mixers

  • Efficient and versatile mixers for mixing dry powders, granules, and viscous pastes.

Vertical conical mixers

  • Batch mixing used in applications that require gentle mixing and minimal heat generation without any product disruption.

Vertical spiral mixers

  • Similar to the popular spiral mixer, but oriented vertically, taking up less space
  • Effective and versatile mixers for batch mixing of free-flowing powders.

Fluid mixers

  • They are capable of quickly mixing a homogeneous mixture regardless of particle size and density, with high capacity, for dry solids or solids containing liquid.

High-speed mixers

  • Efficient and versatile mixing machines for mixing dry powders or granulation with the addition of a liquid binder, in a very short time, with excellent cleaning options.

Hoop mixers

  • Designed to meet the requirements of small-batch mixing, homogenization, and coloring of dry powders and granules.
  • Particularly suitable for smaller industries or frequent product changes.

Tilting mixers

  • Used for homogeneous mixing of powdered substances with different specific weights and particle sizes. Dry-to-wet and wet-to-wet production is also possible.

Vertical mixers

  • Efficient and versatile mixers for free-flowing powders, granules, and pellets that take up little space in your operation
  • Gentle mixing with low heat generation, yet with a high capacity to dissipate the heat generated
  • Flexible filling options – functional even at low working fill levels

MIXERS FOR PASTE AND OTHER VISCOUS MATERIALS

Sigma mixers

  • Thanks to the unique design of the installed Z-shaped mixing elements rotating in two half-cylinders, sigma mixers/kneaders are used for mixing and kneading materials with very high viscosity (above 500,000 cP).

Double planetary mixers

  • Double planetary mixers are designed for mixing, kneading, and deaerating all types of materials, including highly viscous pastes, and even for granulating wet powders.

Vacuum emulsifying mixers

  • Vacuum emulsifying mixers are vacuum mixing, dispersing, and homogenizing systems that are used whenever a high-quality product completely free of emulsified air is required.

High-speed dispersers

  • High-speed dispersers are ideally designed to meet the dispersion requirements of a wide range of industrial applications.

LIQUID MIXERS

Inline emulsifiers

  • Inline emulsifiers have a working head with a stator and rotor similar to high shear mixers, but here the mixer is immersed directly into the pipeline.

Shear pumps

  • Shear pumps combine the advantages of a centrifugal pump and an inline high-shear mixer.
  • They achieve a balance between pumping efficiency and shear energy.

Magnetic mixers

  • Magnetic mixers use a special magnetic drive and seal-less technology that meets strict hygiene requirements and requirements for working in hazardous conditions.
