HOMOGENISER PRINCIPLE:

Fluid products in heterogenous (non-homogenous) structures pass through the homogenizer narrow gap under high pressure. Thanks to high velocity, cavitation, shear force and turbulence is the fluid micronised. This results into increased surface area and permanently homogenous product.
